Some pictures and plans

So my dice luck has changed. Or is has it changed hands? Not only has a new player joined us, but I’ve won the last couple game sessions. Here are some photos from last night’s game set-up. It was a basic scenario: gang meet interrupted by two bounty hunter/vigilante crews.

So now that we seem to have settled into a regular routine with regular attendees, we’ll try a three-game linked scenario. Something simple and easy like an Alien Invasion sounds right. It’ll give me a reason to paint up some of ‘extras’ hiding under my table. I’ll create dedicated forces for both regulars: metal Elder for Derek and (mostly) Urban War Viridians for Matt. Think I’ll use Nids for generic Xenos locust-type invaders. Home-brew Cleared To Engage rules in effect.

    Your forces are always brimming with character, always satisfyingly more like a group of ridiculously badass movie characters than a squad of faceless drones. Unless they are supposed to be faceless drones, obviously.

    I will keep an eye out for the three game campaign write ups 🙂

      Glad you like ’em . You’re the master of character-ful crews tho. I just have a large figure case of assorted figs.
      About the Alien invasion, I’m looking forward to it too. I best get cracking on the brushwork tho.

      Thanks. What’s really good is Matt is catching on not only to the rules but the spirit of the games, (tactics, trash talk, and the story element) while the new guy Derek is a long-time gamer. I’m thinking this is going to be a blast.
